Our focus is on quality, both with applicant relations and customer service. Speed of service is important, but it must be balanced with applicant screening, knowledge of client idiosyncrasies and personality fit. Because of that, we believe that the only sale is a hire, not an engagement – therefore we have chosen to be contingency-based, rather than search engagement, in focus.
Our industry is well-known, and not positively, for poaching. Our policy is simple:
During the time of an active search with your firm, and for a period of six months following the conclusion of a search where applicants were accepted and interviewed (even if not hired), we will not POACH [proactively recruit or approach] an applicant from a client, for any reason, even to source an applicant external to your firm; the only exception is if the applicant has signed up on our website unsolicited.
