Growing client, expanding their footprint on Florida's Suncoast is looking for a corporate associate with two to three years of experience to work in its Tampa office. The candidate would work closely with partners who advise business clients in a wide range of industries including defense, government services, industrial chemicals, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, fertilizer, automotive, health care, professional services, financial services and hospitality, in a broad spectrum of business, contract, corporate and corporate governance matters and handle complex M & A, joint venture, securities and capital markets transactions.  The candidate would also work with partners who handle Tax and Trust and Estate matters.  An L.L.M. in Taxation or a tax accounting background is required.  Large law firm experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.  Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. 

$128-142K plus excellent benefits
