They seek a highly-qualified Senior Franchise Counsel or Associate with 6-12 years transactional franchise expertise to join the Business Law Group in Tampa or Naples, Florida offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with startups, regulatory and/or international franchising. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.
